It is possible to exchange an article when:
- This meets the return conditions (see below)
- The item is in stock
* Customization and personalized products can unfortunately not be exchanged.
The new article will be sent to you free of charge.
You only pay the shipping costs of returning the item.
Your order will be sent as soon as the item to be exchanged has been received by us.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return the product within 14 days.
The return is only accepted if it meets the return conditions.

Boefjes en Bijtjes reserves the right to refuse return shipments or to refund only part of the amount paid if it is suspected that the item has been used, if it does not meet the return conditions or when the return term has expired.
1. Notify us of your return via email: email@example.com
2. You will receive a return form via email
3. Fill this in and add it to your return
4. Make sure your shipment is packed well and securely
5. Send your order to our return address.
Once the return has been received, it will be processed. With an accepted return shipment the amount paid (less the shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
PAY ATTENTION! The shipping costs of the return shipment are for your own account
Your return will only be accepted if it meets our return conditions:
- The return shipment must be notified via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- The item must not be used, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, odor-free and non-smoking
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must be sent securely packed
- The item can not be exchanged or returned when the washing or usage instructions have not been followed
- Customization and personalized products can not be returned
Remember to register your order before you return your order.
Only then will the return be accepted.
Your return shipment must also comply with the return conditions.
